This work was one of the 50 selected works ( from 112 entries) for the Pfaff Art Embroidery Challenge 2009.
Theme: Landscape - Let us travel.
This challenge was issued by Pfaff sewingmachines and was an international competition for works of art made entirely by sewing and/or embroidery machines.
It was a biennially competition. the results were first exhibited at the Knitting & Stichching show in London, and then they have traveled to be presented in other places around the world.
